This was our family’s first time at NYC and it was a memorable one. LUMA hotel provided a great location to all of the great places to visit especially over the Christmas holiday season- Times Square, Bryant Park, Radio City, Rockerfeller Centre.. all steps away. The staff was so friendly! Deborah was so helpful at the front desk. We were always greeted by our doorman who was so fun and greeted us each time we entered and exited- such a great man! The beds were so comfortable, rooms were so clean, and we loved getting a complimentary drink at the bar before we headed out for dinner. We will definitely be staying there again! Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location was near to everything we required (one of the reasons we booked here). The rooms were large and clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spotless. The bar was snug but friendly. The main and best thing about the hotel was the Staff. Doormen, Greeters, Desk Staff, Barmen/women, Housekeeping, security, all of them were friendly, helpful and just outright welcoming. If you’re planning a holiday location LUMA is amazing. It’s steps from the Bryant Park Christmas market an an easy walk to Times Square, theatres, Hells Kitchen and Rockefeller. Easy to subway to everywhere. We had a huge room with a couch (which was amazing and would highly recommend). The staff were friendly and the daily cleaning was great. The bed was very comfortable.
