Do you charge a facility fee?
NO! We are proud to include high-speed wi-fi, fitness options, and much more in the cost of your room. Unlike many other New York City hotels, we do not currently nor have we ever charged a facility fee.
What are your booking terms & conditions?
Please ensure that you have read and understand the rate and cancellation policies for your itinerary, and you agree to the hotel's deposit and cancellation policies. You must provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check in. All guests staying in the room must be registered with the front desk. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel.

We do not offer rollaway beds. However, cribs will be provided upon request at no charge.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have an onsite business center. However, our concierge will be happy to assist you with the necessary business arrangements.
Do you have a pool?
We do not have an onsite pool.
Do you have a spa?
We do not have an onsite spa, but our Glow Concierge is happy to help coordinate in-room services.
Do you have a fitness center?
We do not have an on-site fitness center, but you may inquire about our fitness and wellness program which includes passes to Blink Fitness.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
No, LUMA Hotel Times Square is a smoke-free facility. Cleaning fee for smoking is $350
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets, with exceptions for service animals.
Reservations
How do I view my reservation?
Click on "My Bookings" in the top navigation bar of any page.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You may contact us with inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties. For this reason, we recommend all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
You must be 18 years old to check in to a room.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Cancellation policy varies based on rate plan/package. Please refer to the cancellation/deposit policy of the rate/package you are looking to book.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes, ID is required at check-in.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we do not offer connecting rooms.
Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes, you will be charged 100% if your reservation has not been amended prior to check in.
Groups & Meetings
How do I book a group or a meeting?
Please submit a Group Request form and our staff will contact you for further assistance.
Do you offer special group rates?
Please send an email to our Sales Department for inquiries about group rates.
Accounting
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
Please call the hotel and ask for the Accounting Department.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, wire transfer or company checks (must clear prior to the guest check-in). A credit or debit card is also required at check-in.
Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Yes, a deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in. A credit card hold is required.
How do I make the incidental deposit?
A credit card must be presented.
When will the incidental deposit be returned to my debit or credit card?
Within 3-5 business days based on the specific credit card and/or bank policy.
How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check-in?
