We stayed at LUMA for a 2-day executive leaders summit for my company, and the service was top-notch. The space we rented for the summit was exactly what we needed, and the catering and team were all extremely helpful. The hotel and rooms are modern, clean, and beautiful. The Guest Services team was only a call away and they were eager to help with anything we needed during our stay. A robot will bring anything to your room that you need, including food and drinks from the cafe and rooftop restaurant (Cavana - which was also very delicious!). If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay there.

My room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—and the blackout shades were a game changer. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels, but I slept great here.

Our team also hosted a meeting at Luma, and everything went smoothly. The AV tech got us set up quickly with zero issues, and the catering team was easily 10/10.

I travel to San Francisco often, and this will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on. Highly recommend!

Amazing Hotel!! The LUMA hotel (San Francisco) has everything you need for a relaxing and care free experience. The hotel is beautiful, very modern and upscale. The staff is AMAZING!! Front desk receptionists A+++; (shout out to Chris at the front desk, excellent customer service). The roof top restaurant is fire. As for Erwin, he was amazing and made us feel at home. The hotel is centrally local near the Chase Center. We all had a blast and we will definitely be back to the LUMA Hotel San Francisco!!! 🤩🤩🤩

LUMA just gets it right every.single.time. Their service and standards for excellence is consistent and displayed by every single staff member. From the moment you dive up, their valet is your first impression of what’s to come. Efficient, friendly, polite, prompt. Front desk always excels. Front desk agent Chris remembers my name, my preferences and works to earn my business in the kindest way. It doesn’t take much to earn guest loyalty when you are so polite and patient.
