I work at a luxury resort so my expectations are higher than normal. LUMA did not disappoint. Instead, they exceeded my expectations. Every single thing about the hotel hit the Forbes standards. I called Guest Service late at night and early morning- each time my call was answered before the third ring, enthusiastically, professionally, and intentionally.

The Cavana rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise. We went up in time to catch the sunset on a clear beautiful day.

I have been staying at the Luna since it opened a few years ago. My daughter lives in SF and this is our go to hotel whenever we are in town. The service is impeccable, rooms beautiful and it’s in a great part of town. You will not be disappointed. It’s a gem! Special shout out to Norily and Joy for excellent service!

We come here often just for a little getaway. Location is great and just an Uber/Lyft away from anywhere in the city. The aesthetic is beautiful and very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and very exceptional especially the king rooms with the floor to ceiling windows. The value of the rooms, amenities and service you get is accurate. It can get kind of pricey when events are held in the city but that's any hotel. The noise level is great. There is no street noise or hall noise that would prevent you from getting good sleep. The customer service is phenomenal. Adam is amazing and goes above and beyond and remembers us every time we check in. We recently stayed in a suite which was much appreciated and fit into our plan for the evening. The suite was very well thought out and comfortable. Last but not least, the valet service is very accommodating and always a smooth process from being greeted to calling for your car before checking out. Always an enjoyable experience and we will continue to come back.

The best hotel in San Francisco! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super comfy! The robots are a fun addition.
