Stargazing on the High Line
The High Line is a popular public park built on an historic, elevated rail line, where visitors can wander through gardens and explore contemporary art exhibits while enjoying a unique perspective of New York City.
Visit on Tuesday evenings when you can chat with members of the Amateur Astronomers Association and peer through their telescopes at celestial bodies beaming from beyond the city lights. This free event is offered through Oct. 29, on the High Line at Little West 12th Street.
