Perfect hotel for families in New York

Perfect location around the corner of Times Square and Bryant Park. Rooms were big, quiet, clean and very well equipped. We stayed in room with two Kingsize beds as a family of four and it was big enough and very comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent value in the heart of the city

Stayed one night on business. Hotel exceed my expectation. Great staff, very friendly and efficient. Room was modern and comfortable, great bathroom and comfy bed. The staff valet parked my car so no worries about that. The view from my room on the 27th floor was very cool. The Ortiz restaurant in the lobby had the best hamburger in the world. I will stay at the Luma next time I am in the city.

We stayed here on a business trip. check-in staff, actually all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. Sleek, modern, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. I loved the food from the restaurant from the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place. My team and I will definitely be back next year!

New go-to hotel

LUMA is now my go-to hotel for business trips to NYC. Great Times Square location, but set back just enough from the noise/lights. Boutique/small feel. Helpful/friendly staff, and rooms that are sleek and new. USB chargers in all the right spots. Smaller room size is perfect for solo business travel. Bar and restaurant also very good and convenient.
